The Mieludo Method is a 4-phase artisanal process that completely transforms coffee flavor:
1. HARVESTING (Quality from the source)
Manual grain-by-grain harvesting. Our producers select only fruits at their optimal
ripeness point. Nothing like machines or industrial methods that harvest without distinction.
Result: only the finest beans from the start.
2. DRYING (The secret to sweetness)
While other producers dry in 48 hours under the sun, we dry for over 30 days in the shade
on African beds. This time allows the natural honey of the bean (mucilage) to slowly penetrate
deep into the coffee, transmitting unique sweetness and fruity notes.
This is what makes your coffee zero bitterness.
3. QUALITY CONTROL (Guaranteed perfection)
We subject every bean to exhaustive manual screening. We eliminate defective ones: irregular, broken,
or with imperfections. We discard about 15% of production.
Only this way can we achieve coffee like ours.
4. ROASTING (Maximum preservation)
Light roast to maximize all the properties and flavors
acquired during the Mieludo process.
