and above all to give the tools to themost disadvantaged to preserve a better future. ACCIÓN SOCIAL Our activity is focused on the province of Barahona (RepublicDominican Republic) where
we have our own plantations.

At the end of 2017 we created a Social Health and Education Fund, which guarantees health
care for all workers and their families direct, as well as with a teaching program for all children
of the workers.

No person under the age of 16 is permitted to work in...the farms and is obliged to attend
classes at the nearest schoofrom the factories.
