When you taste a cup of Café Crem, you are enjoying a product that has been subjected to the strictest quality controls by our team of experts. These controls are carried out ‘in situ’, at the foot of the plantations. This is the only way to obtain the best coffee for our customers’ enjoyment.
Also, being present on the farm allows us to monitor the living and working conditions of all workers, ensuring that they are correct.
The Cerrado area is located in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil. Belo Horizonte is its capital. Its average altitude of 1,040 metres and flat terrain facilitate coffee growing practices.
In addition, Cerrado has a very stable climate with very constant temperatures, which helps the fruit to ripen. This ripening is very uniform, as it does not rain during the harvesting season and the fruit is hydrated gradually and not hurriedly. Harvesting time in Cerrado is from June to September.

TASTING NOTES:
With a pronounced aroma, it stands out for its perfect harmony between acidity and body, with a well-marked sweetness and prolonged aftertaste, making it a very balanced and rounded coffee in the mouth.
