The flowering of the Typica

The Typica is a variety of the Arabica botanical species that is on the verge of extinction. It is a low-yielding coffee plant, very delicate and susceptible to many diseases! It is not very productive, but has an exquisite cup.

The other day, visiting one of the lots that will go into production from November, I came across a Typica coffee tree that looked very good and had lots of flowers!!! And its structure was intact and had not been affected by any pest or disease. The truth is, a real spectacle! Seeing its well-stylized figure with its well-formed bands and spectacular size was a pleasure. With a well-defined morphology, with the bands very spaced between them and the dilated nodes between them. In short, a real spectacle!!!
