At La Lanza and Los Lirios Schools Café Crem,and the company IncatCaribe have been developing an education fund to help the children of their coffee farm workers to go to school….

By giving them school materials such as notebooks, pencils, pencil sharpeners and the collaboration of construction materials for a septic tank.

The common areas are very important for social life among the workers and their families. For this reason, they were also improved.

On their farms they have offered the most stable working conditions to their workers throughout the year.
