Café Crem launches a Health and Education Fund for its farm workers
Being managers of owned coffee farms requires a high level of social commitment to the workers. And Café Crem fulfils it. In addition to providing the farm workers with housing and contract conditions that are well above average, an economic fund has recently been set up to ensure medical and educational assistance. Access to health care and quality school materials are the fundamental objectives.
At a recent event with representatives of the Mayor’s Office of Polo and the Dominican Coffee Council, CBGrup, INCAT Caribet and Maxistars managers inaugurated the Fund.
