Es tracta d&#8217;un caf\u00e8 d&#8217;especialitat, mono-finca ja que tot procedeix de la Finca Los Lirios, propietat de la marca, a la provincia de Barahona (Rep\u00fablica Dominicana). <\/p>\n<p>El seu particular sabor amb matices dol\u00e7os prov\u00e9 del seu proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 natural. Es tracta del proc\u00e9s Mieludo, patentat per la marca. Un proc\u00e9s pel qual el fruit del caf\u00e8, una vegada despulpado, seca conservant el seu propi miel, trucada muc\u00edlago, una capa gelatinosa que recubre el grano. Mediante un secado bajo sombra se logra que esta miel se impregne capilarmente en el grano.
