Aquest caf\u00e8 ha estat assecat lentament durant 30 dies i ha reposat un mes al celler, perqu\u00e8 la humitat del gra sigui m\u00e9s homog\u00e8nia. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem agafat una mostra de 300 grams, l&#8217;hem esclofollada, seguidament seleccionem els defectes visuals, amb un rendiment de 24% de grans defectuosos. La veritat \u00e9s que aquest rendiment sembla molt baix, per\u00f2 si tenim en compte que \u00e9s un caf\u00e8 de principi de collita, on trobem els grans amb picada de broca, malformacions de grans, grans cremats per mala nutrici\u00f3, etc., no \u00e9s un mal resultat. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al tast, hem trobat una molt bona tassa, amb una aroma molt pronunciada, frag\u00e0ncia amb notes a pr\u00e9ssec, dol\u00e7or ben marcada i acidesa amb matisos c\u00edtrics.
