C\u00e9sar comes from a family of coffee masters, as his grandfather, Mr. Domingo Ros, and his father, Mr. Ram\u00f3n Ros Liz\u00f3n, were already entrepreneurs and people of recognized prestige in the world of coffee. Under the protection of his parents, C\u00e9sar learned all the secrets of coffee production and quality, becoming the passionate person he is today about everything related to our particular liquid gold. <\/p>\n
From 1992 onwards, C\u00e9sar became a true globetrotter, travelling constantly to coffee-growing countries to closely monitor all the parameters of his production. In his view, the only way to ensure consistent quality was to be on the farm, and from there on, at every step of the process. <\/p>\n
Since 2000, C\u00e9sar has implemented his farm selection procedure, through which he has raised the bar of quality and his demands on raw materials even higher.<\/p>\n
Beginning in October 2003, during a trip to Nicaragua, C\u00e9sar devised and perfected an unusual method: a natural fermentation and drying system to obtain a drink with greater balance and sweetness: this is the system called Mieludo, which he patented.<\/p>\n
Thanks to their constant concern for following the guidelines of sustainable trade and agriculture, in 2004 we were able to inaugurate, with great pride for all of us, the first Caf\u00e9 Crem school at Finca Buenos Aires in Nicaragua. It was only the first of several projects in this line over the years. <\/p>\n
Over the years, the company has collaborated with various universities and government agencies, especially in South America, to promote the training and development of coffee culture in these countries. Its prestige in coffee circles is very high. <\/p>\n
And to this day, C\u00e9sar has never ceased to delight us with his passion for coffee. Always in search of a better raw material and a more refined process, which would result in a very high and constant quality. <\/p>\n
